Refund policy

Returns

Our commitment is to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns on DRMODE products within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon initiation of a return, we will provide a shipping label and the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

If our products don’t meet your expectations for any reason, please contact us at info@drmode.net to begin the return process.

Damage and Issues

1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

2. Sale items / gift cards
   Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

3. Exchanges
   The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Refunds
   Upon confirmation that your return has been shipped back to us, we will initiate your refund. Please give 5–15 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

5. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We will process your cancellation within 24 hours of receiving your request.
